Thanks for visiting today and checking us out!
We are a family owned & operated Italian deli and bakery, pizzeria, and bottle shop, bringing you the best of Tampa Bay, & beyond, featuring stone-baked Neapolitan style pizza, exceptional quality imported charcuterie and cheeses, over 350 Florida craft brews, & a curated wine selection.
We take great pride in providing our customers outstanding service, along with the highest quality menu items, and selections of beer and wine. We make as much of our foods in house as possible, and only with the highest quality ingredients. We even hydroponically grow our own organic herbs, for recipes that call for herbs served fresh to the customer. From the high quality Semolina flour in our dough, San Marzano tomatoes in our sauce, real Prosciutto di Parma aged a minimum of 400 days; and locally sourced produce where possible – we set our standards high for all our menu items.
We also are big supporters of local, and with over 300 local breweries throughout Florida, we are proud to offer approximately 400 Florida brewed crafts, available in singles and retail packs to go, growler fills, or to enjoy by the glass while dining in.
We are also proud to present our curated wine selection, with hundreds of unique offerings that we have hand picked to represent a wide range of palettes, with price points to please all level of wine drinkers. We NEVER charge a corkage fee for bottle consumed in the shop, and we also offer a huge selection of wines by the glass, including our “alla spina” wines, fresh wines, direct from Italy, on tap.
While our physical storefront and dining area is small, we are BIG on quality and value, and we offer a little something for everyone…in fact, too much to mention here. So stop in, check us out, and become a part of our extended family!

Here at the Lake Chapman Plaza, we found such a place. On the north end of the plaza is an empty lot, with plenty of parking...perfect for our needs. We inquired about a short term lease to see if a market would stick in the area, and before we knew it, we were being shown a space inside the plaza itself. Once we ran some numbers on having our own commercial kitchen versus leasing one on an hourly basis, along with the fact we could expand with beer and wine, and offer seating as well, we decided we would lease both.
The empty space is now the Lutz Hub, where we host outdoor events such as our farmer's market and annual events like Craftoberfest, and our indoor space, Quality Foods Gourmet Market, is home to our deli and pizzeria, bakery, and specialty grocery with fine wine, Florida craft beer, and a selection of house-made and artisan foods, including many local makers as well.
We are very proud of what have build, but it has been challenging. We make nearly everything we can from scratch, just the way my mother and grandmother did while I was growing up. We source local produce and ingredients and much as possible, and for things we cannot source locally, we seek only the highest quality domestic and imported meats, poultry, and other ingredients. We seek out products that are antibiotic and hormone free, organic, non GMO, with an emphasis on truly all natural ingredients with only natural preservatives, if any at all, and our imports are certified by the exporting country to ensure quality and consistency.
As your hosts, Emily and I welcome you to stop by and meet us any time. We love giving new customers a quick tour, offering samples, and of course, providing foods that we know you'll rave about.
